Architecture (5 years +2)

The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is a 5-year professional degree program designed for students who have completed their Plus Two (preferably with Mathematics as a subject). It blends science, art, and technology to train students in the planning, designing, and construction of buildings and urban spaces. The curriculum integrates architectural theory, design studio work, building construction techniques, structural engineering, environmental studies, computer-aided design (CAD), and sustainable design practices. Students are encouraged to develop critical thinking, creativity, and spatial visualization, along with a strong foundation in technical drawing and materials knowledge. Site visits, model-making, and design projects form the backbone of practical learning, while the final year includes a full-scale internship with architectural firms or construction companies.
